Spiritual Wellness Coaching
You may be wondering what spiritual wellness coaching is? The word “spirituality” has many meanings to many people. I aim to incorporate whatever connection to a higher power or nature or divine being that you value into your work to achieve alignment. Mind/body/soul alignment is often paramount to your journey to wellness.

We will discuss everything from your day-to-day experiences to things from your past that may be blocking your progress. The coaching experience will be custom designed for you and your needs and will help you achieve your wellness goals.
Clinical Supervision
As a clinical supervisor, my role would be to have regular individual and/or group supervision with an MFT Associate or CSW as required for licensure. Clinical supervision includes review of assessments, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, assessment of client progress toward completion of care, identification of barriers to care, and guidance through transference and countertransference issues that the clinician may experience.
Reiki is a form of energetic healing in which the reiki practitioner uses life force energy to remove blockages and to clear and align chakras.
Reiki, which finds its origins in Japan, has a clinically documented medicinal impact when used to treat injury and illness. One can often find practitioners in hospitals, medical clinics, palliative care, and hospice facilities that utilize reiki.
When thinking of reiki, imagine it being like a massage for the soul that has the benefits of often accessing places within the mental, emotional, and energetic areas within us that are sometimes difficult to reach. Reiki is ideal for when you want to relax, reduce pain, and/or release tension.
Each session includes energy healing and chakra balancing and alignment. Use of crystals, aromatherapy, and sound may be utilized as needed.

Distance Reiki
Professional Mental Health Consulting Services and Educational Training Services are available for Mental Health organizations, providers, and individuals seeking more in depth knowledge on certain subjects. Nicole is a Subject Matter Expert in all the following areas: Substance Abuse and Addiction, Interracial Relationships, Parenting a Child or Children with Autism, and Behavioral Addictions (i.e. Sex Addiction).
